EPC/EPCM

BWE delivers projects under EPC and EPCM contracting models, adapting the execution strategy to the specific needs of each client and project.

Under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) model, BWE assumes full responsibility for engineering, equipment supply, construction, and commissioning, delivering a complete turnkey plant with guaranteed performance, schedule, and cost.

Under an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) model, BWE acts as the owner’s engineering and project management partner, leading engineering, procurement coordination, and construction management, while the client retains direct contractual relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Generation

With its experience and capabilities in engineering, manufacturing and assembly, BWE can deliver a turnkey generation plant on a high-pressure boiler to feed a steam turbine.

Our strategic alliances allow us to offer custom designed boilers for each project, as well as a combustion system adapted to the type of biomass the client has available.

Thermal Generation
