Change in the management of Burmeister & Wain Energy A/S (BWE)

After working in the international power sector for more than 35 years, Mr. Finn Normann Christiansen has now decided to retire from his position as CEO of BWE.

Mr. Christiansen has accepted an invitation from the BWE board and the Italian parent company to act as an advisor for BWE and the management of the parent company from 1st November 2008.

The board has decided to appoint Mr. Roberto Testa as CEO for BWE with effect from 1st November 2008. Mr. Testa is employed in the parent company and holds a Master's degree in engineering. He has been working in the power sector for many years.
