Heat Exchangers for Amagerværket Unit 1

The installation of a rotating regenerative Gas-Gas Heater (GGH) and a Steam Gas Heater (SGH) at the Vattenfall owned power station Amagerværket is following the time schedule.

The lifting and installation of all the main components started on May 23 and was finished on May 29, 2007. Now remains the installation of the GGH heating surface and auxiliary equipment.

The plant is scheduled to start commercial operation on January 1, 2009.
