Rehabilitation of two Gas-Gas Heaters
at Brindisi Sud

BWE has in consortium with its Italian parent company STF S.p.A. been awarded a contract from Enel for the rehabilitation of two Gas-Gas Heaters at Brindisi Sud Power Station Unit 1 in Italy. The contract comprises new rotor structure, new sealing systems and a general rehabilitation and repair of the two GGHs which have been in service since 1991.

The work is scheduled to be carried out in the 12 weeks general maintenance outage period in the autumn of 2006.
