SCR system for Studstrup

BWE has been awarded a contract for the new SCR-system at Studstrup Power Station Unit 3 and 4, Denmark. The Elsam owned 2 x 350 MWe plant is from 1984/1985 and has the capability of firing coal, oil and biomass.

The contract includes engineering, production and erection of the complete system.The process design is by Integral (www.integral.at) and catalyst will be supplied by Haldor Topsoe (www.haldortopsoe.dk).

Commissioning will be finished by the end of 2006 and 2007 for unit 4 and 3 respectively.
