Modernisation of power plants in Romania

Copenhagen March 18, 2004. The two Romanian companies S.C. Termoelectrica S.A and S.C. Romelectro S.A signed together with Burmeister & Wain Energy A/S a joint Memorandum of Understanding for developing specific projects within the Romanian power sector.

The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the Romanian President Ion Iliescu during a conference on development of Romanian-Danish trade, held by the Confederation of Danish Industries.
