Product Sales Manager

BWE is specialized in the development, design, erection and commissioning of advanced utility steam boilers and biomass boilers in Denmark and abroad and is a market leader in the energy industry. Our USC (Ultra Super Critical) boilers are among the most efficient and advanced steam generators worldwide.

We employ 135 persons in Denmark and we are part of the Italian STF group with offices in Denmark, Italy and India.

The growing international interest in our products requires an expansion of our sales department. As a Product Sales Manager in the Sales Division at BWE A/S you will contribute to a well-functioning collaboration with the other sales managers for our products with a focus on project sales in public as well as invited tenders.

Primary tasks:

• Responsible for the general sales activities including business development
• Responsible for reaching the annual budget assigned
• Prepare and give presentations of our products to the potential customer
• Responsible for the preparation of tenders
• Responsible for legal and technical contract review (with support from legal advisor and Project manager)
• Responsible for the submission of the tender to the customer and verification of receipt of tender

Qualifications:

• You have a technical background, such as a degree in Engineering
• You have experience in the power industry
• You have experience as a sales or technical manager for at least 5 years
• You have experience in international markets
• You have a high level of English, oral and written
• You have a structured approach to your work
• You are able to handle periodic high workloads to meet project deadlines
• You are willing to travel for short or medium periods
